Job Description

Starcom, a global communications planning and media leader with over 80 years of history, focuses on understanding people to harness data and technology for business growth. As Director - Strategy, you will develop strategic client relationships, optimize campaigns, and connect business and consumer insights. The role involves managing senior-level client relationships, leading new business development, and overseeing account mining, delivery, client, people, revenue, and cost management to ensure profitable and quality delivery. You will also drive campaigns and account growth through lateral services and stay updated on industry developments.
Must have:
  • Working on the development of strategic relationship and media approaches that meet client objectives and drive measurable
  • Optimizes existing campaign, sets up process & KPI’s for client deliverables
  • Works with Clients end leadership to 'connect the dots' around business and consumer insights, and articulates concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way
  • Focuses on Delivery, retention and consistent growth of key
  • Manage strategic senior-level relationships for our largest clients and helping to guide them with knowledge and solutions appropriate to their businesses, industries and
  • Lead and participate in in new business development opportunities for the
  • Account Mining, Delivery management, client management, people management, revenue and cost management to ensure the delivery process is profitable as well quality
  • Lead and drive campaigns, and an account growth with lateral services addition, which add to the revenue acquisition process across Digital, content, Development & technology and activation
  • Keep abreast of developments within the client’s industry and marketing
