As a Junior People & Culture Manager, you will be part of our dedicated P&C team and gain insights into all facets of the People & Culture area. Your focus will be on Culture & Development, Onboardings, our Junior Academy, and Analytics. You will actively shape a positive working environment and support us in fostering a strong, lived corporate culture.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement ideas to strengthen company culture, connect employees, and enrich daily work life.
  • Organize and continuously optimize the onboarding process to ensure new colleagues feel welcome and well-supported from day one.
  • Support in planning, coordinating, and executing programs for apprentices, trainees, and working students.
  • Create analyses and reports (e.g., satisfaction surveys & key figures) to make HR work measurable.
  • Support in the daily business of the P&C team – from personnel planning to legal topics; we involve you in areas that particularly interest you.

As a Junior People & Culture Manager, you will be part of our dedicated P&C team and gain insights into all facets of the People & Culture area. Your focus will be on Culture & Development, Onboardings, our Junior Academy, and Analytics. You will actively shape a positive working environment and support us in fostering a strong, lived corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Culture & Feel Good: Development and implementation of ideas that strengthen our corporate culture, connect employees, and enrich daily work life.
  • Onboarding: Organization and continuous optimization of the onboarding process, so that new colleagues feel welcome and well-supported from day one.
  • Junior Academy: Support in planning, coordination, and execution of programs for apprentices, trainees, and working students.
  • Reportings & Analytics: Creation of analyses and reports (e.g., satisfaction surveys & key figures) that make our HR work measurable.
  • Support in the daily business of the P&C team – from personnel planning to legal topics; we involve you in the areas that particularly interest you.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in the HR/People area (e.g., through internships, working student activities)
  • Organizational talent with an eye for detail and people's needs
  • High communication skills, empathy, and a feel for team dynamics
  • You work very precisely and have an eye for detail
  • You speak fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
