Job Description

Starcom, a global communications planning and media leader with over 80 years of history, is seeking a Director for its India operations. The role involves working on paid media projects (SEM, Display, Social media, DV 360), analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, forecasting market needs, planning product launches, preparing digital performance reports, and staying updated on new digital marketing technologies. The Director will also study competition and provide training.
Must have:
  • Work on Paid Media projects (SEM, Display, Social media, DV 360).
  • Analyze, track, and optimize campaign performance metrics.
  • Make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals.
  • Assist in studying market needs and executing product launches.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly digital performance reports.
  • Review new technologies and stay updated on digital marketing developments.
  • Study competition and implement changes for competitive advantage.
  • Evaluate best practices in Search, mobile, or display.
  • Provide training to junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects on Paid Media- SEM, Display, Social media, DV 360 on different clients
  • Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing activities basis effective benchmark for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
  • Assistance to domain seniors in studying & forecasting market needs, planning & executing product launches and campaigns.
  • Preparing of the Monthly, Quarterly & yearly digital performance with various Media & Brand team
  • Reviewing the new technologies and keeping updated at the forefront for developments in Digital marketing
  • Study competition and recommend /implement changes to gain edge above competition
  • Evaluate best practices implemented in Search, mobile or display by the teams on the various accounts and provide training to the juniors on the same
