As an Effects Artist at Valve, you'll join a world-class team of artists and engineers to create stunning visuals for our games, UI, linear media, web experiences, and more. You'll work in small, collaborative teams to rapidly iterate and ship content on a weekly basis. We prioritize efficiency and self-direction, solving complex visual problems with a strong sense of design, timing, and creativity. We manage our own time while being keenly aware of other needs and requirements across different company projects.
