Job Summary
As Online Sales Manager – Europe, you will own the online acquisition and retention strategy for Trend Micro’s European Consumer business. Your mission is to accelerate growth by driving customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention across digital channels. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and global counterparts to design and execute demand generation campaigns, online partnerships, retail/B2B2C programs, and promotional initiatives that deliver measurable results. Success will be defined by online bookings growth, customer base expansion, and improved renewal rates—both manual and auto-renewal.
Must Have
- Achieve online acquisition, retention, and revenue growth targets for Europe.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly online business forecasts.
- Plan, develop, and execute online sales and retention programs.
- Build and optimize partner acquisition and retention programs (retail and B2B2C).
- Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives for conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Share best practices and align strategies with peers across regions.
- 5+ years experience in European online business, ideally Consumer SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving bookings targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of online acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools or workflows.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The Role:
As Online Sales Manager – Europe, you will own the online acquisition and retention strategy for its European Consumer business. Your mission is to accelerate growth by driving customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention across digital channels.
You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and global counterparts to design and execute demand generation campaigns, online partnerships, retail/B2B2C programs, and promotional initiatives that deliver measurable results. Success will be defined by online bookings growth, customer base expansion, and improved renewal rates—both manual and auto-renewal.
This role sits within a global network of online sales and field marketing professionals spanning Asia and North America. It requires close collaboration with Online Operations, Global Consumer Marketing, Consumer Business Applications, and the Consumer Leadership team. The ideal candidate combines expertise in European online sales and marketing with strong analytical skills, a bias for action, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Results: Achieve online acquisition, retention, and revenue growth targets for the European region.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of online business performance.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute online sales and retention programs—including promotional calendars—in partnership with Field Marketing, Online Operations, and Global Consumer Marketing teams.
- Partnership Growth: Build and optimize partner acquisition and retention programs (retail and B2B2C), including incentive design, in collaboration with Business Development and marketing teams.
- Continuous Optimization: Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives to improve conversion, engagement, and retention across channels.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Share best practices and align strategies with peers across Asia and North America.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in European online business, ideally within Consumer SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving bookings targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of online acquisition and retention strategies across multiple channels.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools or workflows to optimize processes, analyze insights, or enhance decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams.
