Job Description
Join us as a self-driven, passionate event enthusiast ready to bring unforgettable experiences to life at CD PROJEKT RED! From global fairs and high-profile media events to creative in-house celebrations — we make it all happen. Summer Game Fest, Gamescom, PAX, Promised Land Art Festival — as well as launch parties, Christmas celebrations, and studio picnics — are just a few of the exciting events you could help bring to life.
Daily responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and evaluating global, local, and internal events organised by CD PROJEKT RED.
- Pitching and presenting the ideas of the events to the teams, directors, and the board.
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with our business partners.
- Cooperating with multiple internal teams, including Marketing Creatives, PR, IT, Communication, Video, Legal, Global Production, Culture & Diversity, Developers, etc., to ensure top-quality event delivery.
- Planning and producing event merchandise and promotional gadgets.
- Cooperating with the agencies and external partners.
- Manage bidding processes and vendor selection.
- Setting and controlling the allocated budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in organising international and internal events.
- Ability to work on a few projects at the same time under time pressure.
- Excellent organisational and team player skills.
- Openness to innovative solutions and readiness to take up new challenges in a team environment.
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and the quality of the work delivered.
- Experience in the games industry and/or interest in video games.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
(Please note that these skills are not mandatory for the position, but will be considered a strong advantage.)
- Interest or basic knowledge in technical tools/software regularly used at events.
- Ability to visualise ideas in software such as: PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva.
- Experience in organising events where the budgets exceed 100.000 USD.
- Fluent Polish.
