Your Role:
At BIP, we work to earn our existing and new clients’ business each and every day. This means we exist to deliver strategic insight and negotiation savvy, in order to deliver on clients’ goals - all at the speed of light.
The executive assistant / SDR at Beck Interactive Partners will play a crucial role in the flywheel described above, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, while interfacing with and supporting parts of the sales process such as lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

What You’ll be Doing
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance.
Help source new game developers that you believe in.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, research, and initial client outreach.
Participate in client-facing activities, including meetings and presentations, as needed.
Stay informed about the gaming industry, particularly the business side, to contribute effectively to client interactions.
Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain office security protocols.
Qualifications:

Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to day-to-day projects.
Working Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as an assistant, Administrative Assistant, SDR or in a similar role (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
Client Obsession: Comfort with client-facing interactions and the sales process, including lead generation.
Preferred Background:
Experience / interest in EA role working in the entertainment industry.
Passion for video games.
Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping.
Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday; preferred but not required).
Previous experience in a EA support roles or client sales services.
Working Conditions:
Office environment on location in Plano, TX with the possibility of occasional remote work.
Occasional travel may be required for company events or client meetings.
Compensation and Benefits:
$36k-$42.5k base
Discretionary Bonus based on company performance
