We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Peak. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our games worldwide by leveraging your analytical skills and creativity. If you're passionate about mobile gaming and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you might be the person we are looking for!

Here’s what you’ll do

    • Focus on innovation and testing to discover new strategies for our marketing campaigns
    • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and video ad networks
    • Define the right key performance metrics and monitor them closely to optimize marketing campaigns for better results
    • Continuously conduct A/B tests and deliver new approaches based on the results
    • Identify key growth opportunities by analyzing user data, market trends, and competitor insights and make data-driven decisions to maximize the performance of our marketing campaigns
    • Initiate and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
    • Team up with Marketing Artists to come up with creative plans by combining a data-driven approach and strong creative skills

Desired skills and experiences

    • 2+ years of Performance Marketing experience
    • Proven analytical abilities, with experience working with data sets
    • Passion for mobile gaming and an understanding of the gaming culture
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
