Seeking a professional to ensure customer satisfaction by executing service orders, supporting department colleagues in resolving issues, clarifying system functionalities, business concepts, and rules. The role involves managing area indicators, monitoring reports, operational governance, identifying and implementing improvements, and addressing critical demands from internal problems or clients.
Must Have:

  • Experience with TASY system (config, implement, support).
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of TASY financial modules (billing, AP, AR).
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and tax deliveries (ECD/ECF, REINF).

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring customer service and satisfaction with the execution of service orders;
  • Supporting Department employees by assisting in the resolution and management of service orders;
  • Ensuring clarification of doubts about system functionalities, concepts, and business rules, analyzing the situation pointed out by the client;
  • Ensuring the management of area indicators, through monitoring reports and operational governance, identifying and executing improvement actions when necessary;
  • Addressing critical demands, derived from internal problems or clients;

To succeed in this position you need:

  • Complete Higher Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, Accounting, or related areas;
  • Availability for a hybrid work model, with 3 in-person days at the Blumenau - SC office;
  • Communication, negotiation, and initiative skills;
  • Previous experience with the TASY system, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL
  • Knowledge of the operation and parameterization of TASY financial modules, such as billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements. Tax deliveries such as ECD/ECF, REINF.
