Your daily life

Join us on the Vélizy campus, which hosts a wide variety of Thales activities: aerospace, defense, civil, etc. West of Paris, this site offers a work environment equipped with the latest technological innovations and provides services that allow for a balance between professional and personal life.

Within the purchasing department of Thales Global Services, in the Engineering, Testing, Installation, and Customer Services Segment, you will work in support of category buyers and the team's purchasing manager.

By joining us, your main missions will be:

• Obtain the creation of suppliers in a timely manner,
• Maintain updated purchasing data for used suppliers (classification, contacts, policy, etc.),
• Obtain the risk status of suppliers, with justification for risks >2,
• Launch risk analyses requested by buyers, collect the results, and report them to the requester,
• Establish monthly reportings (KPIs)
• Conduct certain analyses of purchasing requests, prior to the elaboration of purchasing instructions,
• Participate in the implementation of progress actions piloted by the corporate (low carbon, risk management, contractual coverage, cash flow).

Your profile:

Are you preparing for a higher education degree in purchasing, engineering assistance, or risk management and looking for an internship lasting 5 to 6 months? Do you master the Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)?

Ideally, do you have general knowledge in purchasing and/or risk management?

Are you rigorous, organized, and curious?

Are you proactive, have good interpersonal skills, and good communication?

Does your level of English allow you to read, write, and speak with technical terms?

Do you recognize yourself? Then you have a good chance of thriving in our teams!

All our internships are regulated and subject to remuneration, the amount of which is determined according to your level of study.
