As a Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. Your responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing and managing budgets, overseeing financial operations and cash flow, ensuring compliance and coordinating audits, assisting in board and investor documentation, and supporting financial systems implementation.

• Proficiency in SAP
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements)
• Excellent task management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables independently

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets in collaboration with Finance Business Partners (FBP), Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), and the CFO. Build forecasting processes based on trends and business initiatives.
• Financial Operations & Cash Flow Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and daily financial operations. Optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to laws and accounting standards. Implement internal controls to mitigate risks. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Board & Investor Documentation: Assist in preparing board packs, investor reports, and KPI documentation. Maintain shareholder registers and manage internal option schemes.
• Financial Systems & Technology: Support implementation of new finance projects and leverage financial tools to streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For
