  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets in collaboration with Finance Business Partners (FBP), Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), and the CFO. Build forecasting processes based on trends and business initiatives.
  • Financial Operations & Cash Flow Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and daily financial operations. Optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to laws and accounting standards. Implement internal controls to mitigate risks. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Board & Investor Documentation: Assist in preparing board packs, investor reports, and KPI documentation. Maintain shareholder registers and manage internal option schemes.
  • Financial Systems & Technology: Support implementation of new finance projects and leverage financial tools to streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For
