About the Role
▼Introduction to PayPay's Financial Strategy Division
This is the execution unit responsible for achieving the company-wide mission of making PayPay the No.1 fintech company by creating all money-related use cases on the PayPay app (beyond "spending," including "saving," "increasing," "borrowing," "preparing," and "managing"). We will also be inventing smartphone-first financial service UI/UX. Therefore, our team consists of members with diverse experiences, skills, and perspectives, including those who have experienced new business development at major financial institutions, achieved results at trading companies or internet companies, or been involved in new businesses overseas. We want to work with people who have a strong passion for improving existing financial services.
Organizational structure: Composed of approximately 80 members, ranging from late 20s to late 40s.

We are responsible for planning and launching new insurance services within PayPay and operating the insurance mini-app service. Our mission is to become a digital platformer for insurance, providing the most convenient digital insurance services to users.

▼Background of the Recruitment
The PayPay insurance mini-app has grown rapidly in approximately 3.5 years since its launch, with cumulative subscribers exceeding 6.5 million as of July 2025. Moving forward, we plan to further accelerate the addition of diverse products and enhancement of functions to become an insurance platformer. This recruitment is for an increase in headcount due to organizational expansion, aiming to further strengthen the team towards realizing a world where joining insurance digitally is commonplace.

Required Experience/Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in business alliances with external partners

- Business English proficiency (TOEIC 800 points or higher)
- Product development experience at an insurance company

- Hybrid Workstyle (office, home, or satellite office for remote work)

Working Hours
- Super Flex System (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes of actual work + 1 hour break)
Holidays
- Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year holidays, and company-designated days
Leave (Statutory Leave and Company Benefits)
- Annual paid leave (14 days in the first year, prorated based on joining month, usable from joining date)
- Personal leave (5 days annually, 3 or 5 days in the first year depending on joining month)

Salary
- Annual salary system (includes a portion of fixed overtime pay)
- Determined according to company regulations based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution
- Reviewed once a year
- Special bonus (incentive) paid once a year based on company performance and individual contribution
