Campanile Duisburg City is seeking a full-time Front Office Agent to join its team. The role involves being the primary contact for guests, managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations via phone and email, advising guests on offers and local attractions, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of Front Office experience and thrives in an international environment.
Must Have
- At least 6 months of professional experience in Front Office or a comparable position in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Very good German language skills
- Very good English language skills
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in hotel software and MS Office

Job Description
- Guest Service: You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out.
- Reservations: You process inquiries and reservations by phone and email.
- Consultation: You inform our guests about our offers, current events, and sights.
- Teamwork: You support the team with administrative tasks and work closely with all departments to ensure first-class service.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of professional experience in Front Office or a comparable position in the hotel industry
- Enjoy working with people, friendly demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
- Structured and reliable way of working, even in hectic situations.
- Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in hotel software and MS Office
