Game Programmer
Job Description
As a Game Programmer [Leader], you will be responsible for implementing all aspects of gameplay in the development of consumer games, as well as managing the team in charge (progress management, negotiation/coordination, evaluation/training, etc.). You will be involved in the design and implementation of the game's battle system, player behavior, level design, play/content, UI, and other aspects of gameplay. You'll be involved from the planning stage, performing pre-processing when planning and realizing the core of the game, along with organizing requirements and adjusting specifications from planners. Research and development will be done to request technical investigations and propose new mechanisms.
Must Have:
- Experience in game programming (C++ and C#) for consumer games.
- Experience in training.
業務内容
・コンシューマゲーム開発における、ゲームプレイ全般の実装業務ならびに担当チームのマネジメントを担当（進行管理、折衝・調整、評価・育成など）
・ゲーム内のバトルシステム、プレイヤー挙動、レベルデザインに関する遊び・コンテンツ、UIなど、ゲームプレイ全般の設計・実装に関して、仕様に沿ってだけではなく、企画立案時にプリプロを行い、遊びのコアを実現から携わる
・プランナーからの要件に対する整理や仕様調整
・研究開発部への技術調査依頼や新規仕組みの提案など

必須経験・スキル
・コンシューマゲームでのゲームプログラミング経験（C++・C#など）
・育成経験
