The job involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, working in the cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing customer orders (telephone and walk-up), continuously cleaning equipment and the facility, delivering products by car to customer doors. Responsibilities include food and product accuracy, inventory accountability, labor accountability, employee productivity, cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training employees in all areas, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
