What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Chief Administrative and People Officer, the Global Vice President of Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, and execution of Sprinklr’s global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. This executive role is instrumental in ensuring our total rewards programs support business growth, talent strategy, and organizational performance—across all regions, including North America, Europe, Asia, and India.
You will bring deep experience from both large and mid-sized software or SaaS companies, ideally in high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to scale total rewards globally. This role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and a collaborative leadership style. You will serve as a key partner to the Compensation Committee of the Board, executive team, and business leaders across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive global total rewards strategy aligned with Sprinklr’s business goals and cultural values.
- Partner with the CAO and serve as the lead advisor to the Board’s Compensation Committee, managing executive compensation recommendations, equity programs, and compliance with public company governance.
- Design and manage compensation programs—including base pay, bonuses, equity plans, and executive packages—grounded in market competitiveness and shareholder alignment.
- Oversee global benefits design and administration, ensuring regional competitiveness and compliance.
- Lead the company-wide annual compensation cycle, salary benchmarking, job architecture, equity planning, and benefits enrollment activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR leaders to deliver compliant, integrated, and data-driven rewards strategies.
- Partner with Go-To-Market leaders to design effective global sales incentive plans.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and inclusion.
- Bring a hands-on, pragmatic approach to building programs in evolving environments, especially in mid-sized and scaling software companies.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to maintain competitive and compliant programs globally, with deep understanding of regional differences in Europe, Asia, and India.
- Ensure compliance with public company reporting requirements, including CD&A, proxy disclosures.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- 18+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with leadership roles in mid-sized global software/SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of working with Boards and Compensation Committees in a public company setting.
- Strong expertise in equity programs, executive compensation, international benefits strategy, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience developing and scaling total rewards programs across Europe, Asia, and India with a deep understanding of India compensation and benefits frameworks, statutory requirements, and market practices.
- Financially savvy with excellent modeling, data analysis, and storytelling capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to scale and tailor compensation practices in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Proven leader of people and programs, with the ability to drive outcomes in complex and matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Finance, or a related field required, advanced degree or certifications.
