Job Description

Join the growing team at Finteqhub as a seasoned Golang Engineer. SOFTSWISS is hiring a skilled and driven Engineer to take ownership of developing and scaling high-performance, reliable microservices in Go for the FinteqHub Team. This role involves working with a PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses.

Good To Have:

Experience writing applications in finance or other fields where data integrity is crucial
Understanding of distributed applications and microservices architecture

Must Have:

Work as part of the L3 Production Support team
Configuration, bug fixing, investigation, and problem analysis (prod env)
Participation in improving product quality
Participation in code review, backlog grooming and retro
Collaboration with other teams, including L2 and L1 support teams
2+ years of professional software development experience
1.5+ years of experience with Go as the primary language
Understanding of Go’s architecture: data structures, multithreading, memory usage, garbage collection, etc
Experience with relational databases, ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries
Understanding of containerization (Docker)
Ability to write testable code and unit tests for it
Proficiency in Russian at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Key responsibilities:

Work as part of the L3 Production Support team

2+ years of professional software development experience
1.5+ years of experience with Go as the primary language
