Overview
Are you an organizational talent and do coordinating tasks run in your blood? In digital buying, you work hands-on on our clients' digital campaigns and are part of the process from client approval to order processing and final billing. Through the operational purchase of advertising space and airtime in national and international media, you launch our clients' campaigns as planned, always keeping an eye on costs.
In your position as Group Head Digital Media Buying (m/f/d), you lead your team of operational buyers safely and goal-oriented to success and actively promote their further development. In addition, you are responsible for the following tasks:

- Together with your employees, you are responsible for the entire order processing of digital campaigns in close cooperation with planning, consulting, and campaign management colleagues, and coordinate all communication in case of order disruptions.
- Conducting performance reviews and team meetings is just as much a part of your duties as planning and conducting training and workshops. Thus, you are responsible for the education and training, as well as the motivation of your team.
- You make a significant contribution to the further development of the department, manage your team's capacity, and are responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic projects.
- You further develop existing processes for order processing, booking, or financial controlling of digital campaigns and take measures to optimize them.
- You also get involved in cross-departmental projects and participate in the further development of internal tools, thereby developing champions / key users within your team.
- Your development is important to us! That's why we support you with regular training, access to various workshops, and individual further education offers to further expand your professional and leadership competencies.
- We attach great importance to an open and appreciative cooperation. You can expect a motivated team with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and a culture where ideas are welcome and innovation is promoted.
Qualifications
- You have several years of experience in media buying at a media agency, ideally with a digital focus.
- You have initial experience in leading teams or would like to take on team responsibility in the future.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, initiative, independence, quick comprehension, and service understanding.
- You have a great interest in continuous development, as well as the permanent innovations in the agency industry, and act as a driver for innovation and technical progress.
