Job Summary

This role is responsible for building and strategically planning the regional community ecosystem from scratch, including formulating and executing content positioning and operation strategies for official accounts (e.g., Discord, X, Youtube). Key tasks involve planning and coordinating community content, activities, and pre-launch campaigns to drive user anticipation and accumulation. The role also manages daily community operations, sets community tone, pushes content, interacts with users, and improves engagement metrics. It requires deep insight into ACG user groups, managing core player communities, handling public opinion, and responding to feedback. Finally, establishing a data evaluation system to track operations and iterate strategies for improved user activity and community health.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in game community or content operations
  • Native level Japanese proficiency
  • Ability to use English or Chinese as a working language
  • Deep understanding and passion for ACG culture and game player communities
  • Familiarity with operation modes and traffic rules of mainstream overseas social and community platforms (Discord, X, TikTok, Instagram)
  • Excellent content planning and user insight
  • Excellent cross-team communication skills
  • Strong project promotion ability

What the Role Entails

1. Responsible for building and strategically planning the regional community ecosystem from scratch, and formulating and executing content positioning and operation strategies for official accounts (e.g., Discord, X, Youtube).

2. Able to plan and coordinate community content, activities, and version pre-heating plans for regional players, effectively guiding user expectations and being responsible for user accumulation before game launch.

3. Responsible for the daily operation of various communities, including setting the community tone, planning content pushes, and interacting with users, to improve community activity and other comprehensive indicators.

4. Deeply understand ACG user groups, establish and operate core player communities, manage public opinion and user feedback in regional communities, and quickly respond to and handle various public opinion issues.

5. Establish a community data evaluation system, continuously track operation effects, and drive iteration of operation strategies based on data insights to improve user activity and community health.

Who We Look For

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of experience in game community or content operations, experience with successful ACG/anime games is a plus.

2. Native level Japanese, English or Chinese can be used as a working language.

3. Deep ACG culture enthusiast and experienced game player, with a deep understanding and passion for the ecosystem of ACG game player communities.

4. Familiar with the operation modes and traffic rules of mainstream overseas social and community platforms (e.g., Discord, X, TikTok, Instagram), with excellent content planning and user insight.

5. Possess excellent cross-team communication skills, project promotion ability, and stress resistance, able to adapt to international collaboration.

Annual salary: Negotiable (with salary increase/bonus)

  • Consideration will be given to experience, skills, etc., and preferential treatment will be given according to our company regulations.
  • For general employees, fixed overtime pay for 35 hours per month is included.
  • For managers, fixed overtime pay for 10 hours is included.

Working Hours and Holidays

Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time: 60 minutes

Flextime available

Paid leave: For the first year of employment, prorated based on the joining month. Up to 22 days based on years of service.
