Establish and track community data metrics to iterate on operational strategies and improve community health.

1. Responsible for the end-to-end establishment and strategic planning of the regional community ecosystem, formulating and executing content positioning and operational strategies for official accounts (such as Discord, X, Lounge, YouTube, etc.);

2. Able to plan and coordinate community content, activities, and version pre-heating plans for regional players, effectively guiding user anticipation, and being responsible for user accumulation before the game's launch;

3. Responsible for the daily operation of various communities, including setting the community tone, planning content pushes, interacting with users, etc., to improve community activity and other comprehensive indicators;

4. Deeply understand the ACG user group, establish and operate core player communities, manage public opinion and user feedback in regional communities, and be able to quickly respond to and handle various public opinion issues;

5. Establish a community data evaluation system, continuously track operational effects, drive the iteration of operational strategies based on data insights, and improve user activity and community health.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in game community or content operations, successful experience with anime/ACG games is preferred;

English or Korean can be used as a working language;

2. Deep ACG culture enthusiast and senior game player, with a profound understanding and passion for the anime game player community ecosystem;

3. Familiar with the operation modes and traffic rules of mainstream overseas social and community platforms (such as Discord, Reddit, X, TikTok, etc.), possessing excellent content planning and user insight;

4. Possess excellent cross-team communication skills, project driving ability, and stress resistance, able to adapt to cross-border collaboration.
