Job Summary

As an Account Supervisor in the Business Management team, you will lead day-to-day client management, ensuring seamless coordination across strategy, creative, media, production, and regional/global stakeholders. You will oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, manage workflow and delivery timelines, and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams. This role also supports the Account Director/Business Director in building client relationships and driving business growth.

Must Have

  • Lead day-to-day client communication and be the key point of contact for assigned brands
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations from briefing to post-campaign reporting
  • Partner with strategy, creative, media, and production teams for high-quality outputs
  • Prepare client-ready documents including status reports, schedules, and presentations
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimization recommendations
  • Support resource planning, financial tracking, and SOW management accurately
  • Deliver tasks to deadlines and ensure accuracy of reporting and inputting
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and campaign/project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant brand/creative agency or marketing experience
  • Experience working across offline and digital media channels
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks
  • English proficiency
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Overview

As an Account Supervisor in the Business Management team, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day client management, ensuring seamless coordination across strategy, creative, media, production and regional/global stakeholders. You will oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across all channels, manage workflow and delivery timelines, and provide clear, strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams. You will also support the Account Director/Business Director in building trusted client relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

What you will do with us:

  • Lead day-to-day client communication and become the key point of contact for assigned brands
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations—from briefing and workflow management to delivery and post-campaign reporting
  • Partner closely with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with client objectives
  • Prepare client-ready documents including status reports, schedules, contact reports, and presentation materials
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimization recommendations with data and insights
  • Support resource planning, financial tracking, and SOW management with accuracy and timeliness
  • Delivery of tasks to deadlines
  • Accuracy of reporting and inputting

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and campaign/project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant brand/creative agency or marketing experience within the industry
  • Experience working across either offline and digital media channels
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks
  • English proficiency
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working with global/regional teams is a plus
