The HR Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing confidential documents and ensuring their proper handling. Key responsibilities include assisting with the creation of comprehensive new hire packages, providing support for various company campaigns and events, and meticulously setting up new employee files. Must Have:
Handle confidential documents
Support new hire package creation
Assist in company campaigns and events
Create new hire files
Support HR Department activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup)
Basic English level
Currently studying Business Administration or Business Management
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Currently in final semesters of studies
