Job Description:

1. Lead HR operations business in Japan, responsible for sorting out and solving complex problems in the process, drive an effective communication and establish corresponding mechanism to ensure the timeliness of services, and continuously improve service levels and provide better employee experience;

2. Design and optimize the HR policies related to whole employee life cycle events, compensation and benefit, HR information data management.

3. Manage HR 3rd party service in Japan, improve and standardize the process. Oversee the HR operations execution and service delivery and establish a mechanism for escalation. And establish a monitoring and feedback process;

4. Work with HQ teams, participate in the HQ operation-related projects, support the enterprise HRIS system integrations and localization.

5. Research and analyze Japan regional policies and regulations, formulate and update the company's rules, and establish compliant and reasonable HR policies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with international study or work experience in Japan, Singapore, in well-known companies is preferred;

2. More than 5 years of global HR related work experience, familiar with local labor laws and regulations; Experience with HR operation, payroll, workday system is a plus;

3. Have strong communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively interact with all organization levels in a multicultural environment.

4. Excellent English is required, and proficiency in Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
