Valeo is seeking an HR Trainee to join their team in Rakovnik. This full-time role involves managing HR data, preparing employment documentation, communicating with employees, and supporting pre-onboarding and employment changes. The ideal candidate is a university student or recent graduate with knowledge of MS Office, Google environment, and communicative English, eager to contribute to various HR projects.

Must Have

  • Entering and managing data in HR systems
  • Preparing and administering employee labor law documentation
  • Daily communication with employees, providing basic HR support
  • Ensuring pre-onboarding activities and managing employment changes
  • Preparing employee cards
  • Active involvement in HR activities and projects
  • University student or recent graduate (preferably economic field)
  • Time flexibility, preferably full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google environment
  • Communicative knowledge of English

Good to Have

  • Experience with HR issues
  • Knowledge of labor law
