Industrial Engineering Internship

This Industrial Engineering Internship offers the opportunity to support process and production engineering, machine setup improvements, failure and scrap analysis, and continuous improvement projects. Interns will work on innovative and sustainable solutions, learning and growing with a team dedicated to making a difference in the automotive industry.

Must Have

• Support process and production engineering
• Monitor machine setups for improvements
• Support failure and scrap analysis
• Assist in creating and updating work instructions
• Collect and analyze process data (KOSU/OEE, scrap, rework)
• Support continuous improvements and cost reduction (Kaizen)
• Currently enrolled in Engineering or Technical Technology programs
• Expected graduation from Dec/27
• Availability for 6-hour/day internship
• Intermediate Office/Google Suite knowledge
• Availability to work in person

A Brief Description of the Role's Activities

• Support to process and production engineering
• Monitoring of machine setups (improvements)
• Support in failure and scrap analysis
• Assistance in the preparation and updating of work instructions
• Collection and analysis of process data (KOSU/OEE, scrap and rework)
• Support in continuous improvements and cost reduction (Kaizen)

What You Need to Have to Apply

• Currently enrolled in Engineering or Technical Technology programs
• Expected graduation: from Dec/27
• Availability for a 6-hour/day internship, at the following times: 07:45 AM – 02:45 PM or 10:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Intermediate knowledge of Office/Google Suite
• Intermediate English will be a differentiator
• Availability to work in person.
