You will be responsible for all industrialization activities within projects, aiming to meet customer requirements in quality, deadlines, profitability, productivity, and budget. You will design assembly processes, oversee schedules, budgets, and production times, and collaborate with R&D to optimize assembly and reduce risks. Regular communication with international teams, plant departments, suppliers, and customers is expected, along with supporting customer audits and coordinating 'Launch' team activities.
Good To Have:- Ideally, electrical or mechanical technical education.
- Knowledge of German.
- Certificate according to government regulation no. 194/2022 Coll. (formerly decree 50/1978 Coll., min. §5).
- Driving license group B.

- Communicate regularly with international project teams, plant departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Support during customer audits.
- Coordinate activities within the "Launch" team (pre-series production logistics, quality, supervisor, CI, methods engineer, test & automatization engineer).
- Report project status to management via IPROM and MIND tools.
