The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite systems engineering, payload design and production, as well as the development and qualification of ground segments. It includes a research center and an industrial accelerator for start-ups and ventures.
Within the Industrialization Service, you will join the Manufacturing Technology department, composed of 25 people organized into 11 technological poles, and contribute to the innovation and industrialization of technologies for satellite parts. During your internship, you will study and improve the programmatic aspect of qualifications. You will observe and analyze the functioning of the process and the team, identify bottlenecks, duplicates, and inefficiencies. You will structure and optimize existing processes, particularly steering, milestone tracking, and reporting. You will propose and implement new user-oriented management methods, such as schedules, dashboards, and indicators. Accompanied by the manager and coordinator, you will lead or co-lead follow-up meetings with the team and then present your concrete recommendations to the team and management to improve collective performance.
