Job Summary
As a Business Systems Analyst, you bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, driving innovative solutions for Order Management. You will play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, documenting detailed requirements, and creating functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion cloud solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of order management processes. You will also manage conflicting priorities and provide production support.
Must Have
- Partner with Order Management stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
- Create functional design and technical specifications for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion cloud.
- Leverage expertise in Oracle EBS applications to design, develop, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners for timely solution delivery.
- Manage conflicting priorities and drive prioritization discussions.
- 8+ years experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud applications, Order Management modules.
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Order Management configurations.
- Proven experience in PL/SQL development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Experience working with Production Support team for issue analysis and fixes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in agile scrum methodologies.
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle CPQ integration with Oracle EBS.
- Exposure to emerging technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbots, and AI/ML.

Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, driving innovative solutions for Order Management. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Order Management team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our order management processes.
Basic Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Order Management stakeholders to understand their needs, identify pain points, and document detailed requirements.
- Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance order management including On-prem Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion cloud.
- Leverage your expertise in Oracle EBS applications and other technologies to work with developers to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Work collaboratively with both business and IT partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed-upon requirements.
- Proactively manage conflicting priorities, and drive prioritization discussions using strategic value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience working with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on Order Management modules.
- Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Order Management configurations and best practices.
- Proven experience in PL/SQL development, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a geographically dispersed environment.
- Experience working with Production Support team to analyze issues and come up with efficient fix quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate technical information clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements using technology.
- Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.
- Experience with Oracle CPQ integration with Oracle EBS is an added advantage.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbots, and AI/ML is a plus.
