Jr. Executive / Executive - R&D (Test & Validation) - M/F/D

Valeo is seeking a Jr. Executive / Executive for R&D in Test & Validation. The role involves performing activities in compliance with development plans, reviewing requirements, ensuring robust design and validation, supporting technical architecture, following standardization rules, and assisting in design reviews. The contributor will also support design simulations, calculations, and tests, and report progress and escalate risks. This position is a full-time, permanent contract role.

Must Have

• Perform activities in compliance with Discipline Development Plan of his/her PG/PL
• Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications
• In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets
• Support technical architecture and standards assignments
• Follow Standardization rules
• Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers
• Support Discipline design simulations/coding/validation
• Support Discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies
• Support Disciplines tests
• Reports the progress of his tasks
• Escalate risks

His/her scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks / product

• Support Discipline design simulations/coding/validation;
• Support Discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies;
• Support Disciplines tests.

Management follow-up

• Reports the progress of his tasks;
• Escalate risks.
