Must Have
- Assist with debt collection and chasing of payments
- Post and apply customer account payments
- Maintain up to date customer account records
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist as necessary in the month end process and reporting
- 1 - 2 years experience working in a finance or accounts team
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills (Word, Excel)

About the role
