Must Have

• Assist with debt collection and chasing of payments
• Post and apply customer account payments
• Maintain up to date customer account records
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist as necessary in the month end process and reporting
• 1 - 2 years experience working in a finance or accounts team
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy
• Good time management and the ability to prioritise
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent computer literacy skills (Word, Excel)
