As a Field Technician, you will be the fundamental pillar to ensure the continuity of these vital operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Junior Field Technician to join our team in the Triangulo Mineiro/MG region, working on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of mission-critical communication systems (RF and Radio Link). This professional will be essential to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the region, with high availability for business travel.

The Junior Field Technician will be responsible for:

1. Installation and Configuration:

• Perform the installation and replacement of parts, pieces, and modules in telecommunications equipment.
• Configure and parameterize mobile and portable radios according to the company's communication standards.
• Implement and configure Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, including Radio Link (Transmission) systems and associated infrastructure.

2. Maintenance and Support:

• Execute Corrective and Preventive Maintenance routines on communication systems (RF and infrastructure).
• Ensure high-quality field technical support, interacting directly with the client and resolving failures.
• Conduct call handling, performing the technical interface and necessary escalation with the NOC (Network Operations Center).

3. Documentation and Quality:

• Prepare detailed and accurate technical reports of the services, maintenance, and installations performed (including As-Built).
• Strictly follow safety standards and procedures (NR-10 and NR-35) and the Company's quality standards.

Basic Requirements

Education and Certification:

• Base: Reside in Uberaba/MG or region.
• Technical Training: Electrotechnics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical.
• Professional Registration: Regular status with CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians).

Technical Experience:

• Previous experience in field technical support or implementation of Radio Frequency (RF) systems.
• Practical experience in installing and configuring communication radios (fixed, mobile, or portable).
• Basic knowledge of Telecommunications infrastructure, including RF sites and towers.

Safety and Mobility:

• Work at Height: Experience in services requiring work at height and valid NR-35 Certification.
• Electrical Safety: Knowledge and valid NR-10 Certification (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services).
• Availability for Travel (50%): High mobility for service in the region and state.
• Driver's License: Valid CNH (Category B).

Desirable Requirements (Differentiators):

• Communication Standards: Knowledge and familiarity with standards such as TETRA, APCO25, and/or DMR.
• Radio Link: Practical knowledge in installing and configuring Radio Link (Transmission Links) equipment.
• IP Networks: Solid knowledge of IP Networks (Layer 2/3) and troubleshooting skills (identification and resolution of network problems).
• Languages: English - Basic level for reading technical manuals and written communication.
• Tools: Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Tools (Docs, Sheets).
