At PwC, we help clients build trust and reinvent. This role supports the HR Business Partner Lead on staff enquiries, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and performance management. It involves annual exercises like staff planning, cost budgeting, and performance reviews, including increment and bonus recommendations. The Junior HR Business Partner will assist in implementing HR initiatives to support business growth, manage complex employee matters, and provide daily HR guidance to line management on policy, coaching, and career development.

  • Support the HR Business Partner Lead on staff enquiries (compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management, administration).
  • Involve in annual exercises like staff planning/cost budget and performance management (increment, bonus recommendations).
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives to support business unit’s growth.
  • Manage and resolves complex employee matters.
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line management (policy, coaching, counselling, career development).
  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office Applications (hands on experience in Excel skill is a must).
  • Familiar with the Employment Act.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient.

How will you value-add?

  • Support the HR Business Partner Lead on matters relating to staff enquiries such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management and other staff administration services.
  • Involve in annual exercises such as staff planning/cost budget and performance management exercise which includes annual increment and variable bonus recommendations.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives to support the business unit’s growth.
  • Manage and resolves complex employee matters.
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line management (e.g. advice on policy, coaching, counselling, career development, etc).
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

About you

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office Applications (hands on experience in Excel skill is a must).
  • Familiar with the Employment Act.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient.
