Job Summary

The Junior Portfolio Manager will own a portfolio of ELT products, overseeing the complete publication process from market needs detection and product development input to go-to-market plan implementation. This role involves coordinating with publishing and sales teams, leading portfolio meetings, co-creating branding assets, overseeing campaign plans, conducting product training, supporting new series launches, and analyzing product performance. The position is temporary, focusing on supporting new ELT series launches in the Spanish market.

Must Have

  • Developing educational consulting materials such as product manuals for the sales team
  • Preparing and delivering online and face to face product training to sales teams
  • Providing pedagogical support to sales teams, liaising with publishing when necessary
  • Providing product knowledge to Marketing Ops team to support with the development of marketing materials
  • Supporting the ELT Portfolio Management team with other tasks as required
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in ELT Publishing and or / teaching / teacher training and relevant industry knowledge
  • An understanding of language learning pedagogical principles
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Be a persuasive and confident speaker
  • Availability to travel to give in-person training sessions

About the Role

An ELT Portfolio Manager owns a portfolio of ELT products and has oversight of and input into the complete publication process. This ranges from detecting market needs and opportunities and inputting into product development, to implementing of go-to-market plans. A Portfolio Manager coordinates closely with both publishing and sales teams, and carries out tasks such as leading portfolio meetings, co-creation of branding assets, overseeing campaign plans, carrying out product training, supporting the sales team with the launch of new series and collating feedback to analyse a product’s performance.

We are looking for a Junior Portfolio Manager with experience in ELT publishing to join the Portfolio Management team on a temporary basis to support with the launch of new ELT series in the Spanish market.
