Job Summary

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Key Account Manager to join our FinteqHub team. We are seeking a relationship-driven and commercially focused professional to manage and expand partnerships with our Payment Service Providers (PSPs), driving revenue growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with our PSP partners, optimising account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the company’s commercial success through strategic collaboration and effective account management.

Must Have

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current PSPs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise account performance.
  • Negotiate referral agreements and secure beneficial discounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans.
  • Monitor progress and performance of PSP accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role or PSP account management.
  • Experience in Fintech/Payments or working directly with PSPs.
  • Exposure to Gambling/iGaming or other high-risk industries.

Good to Have

  • Background in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Knowledge of Russian language.

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with our PSP partners, optimising account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the company’s commercial success through strategic collaboration and effective account management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current PSPs as their first point of contact, ensuring timely responses to requests and proactive partnership development.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise account performance, including AR and other key metrics.
  • Negotiate referral agreements, bring in new clients under these agreements, and secure beneficial discounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans in line with company goals and objectives.
  • Explore new directions, solutions, features, and channels to enhance partnerships.
  • Monitor progress and performance of PSP accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BizDev, Tech, Treasury, and Business Account Management teams.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role or a position related to PSP account management.
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in Fintech/Payments or working directly with PSPs.
  • Exposure to Gambling/iGaming or other high-risk industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
