Must Have

Job Description
In this role, you have the chance to strategically shape one of the most important retail partners in the German FMCG market and make Philips visible as a category driver at Rossmann. You manage the entire growth agenda – from hard sales responsibility to shopper-oriented activation – and develop levers that show measurable impact. In doing so, you actively shape the future of our business and set impulses that sustainably strengthen Philips' success at Rossmann.
Your Job:
- Development and implementation of strong growth customer strategies
You develop short- and long-term business and category growth plans for Rossmann and implement them operationally and successfully – always with the goal of expanding market shares and driving joint growth.
- Management of sales and profit targets across all categories
You are responsible for sell-in and sell-out, conduct discussions to support annual target agreements with Rossmann, optimize margins, and balance tactical measures with strategic goals – always based on a clear understanding of shopper and category mechanics.
- Activation of the Philips brand along the entire Consumer Journey
Together with Marketing, you create an effective Brand Investment Plan and translate it into market-relevant activations, promotions, and touchpoint strategies that increase conversion, visibility, and category growth at Rossmann.
- Analysis of assortment, trends, and shopper insights to derive growth levers
You analyze market, trend, and consumer data, identify opportunities in the assortment, and work with Market Intelligence to develop the decisive levers for category expansion and sustainable growth.
- Performance Management and control of central FMCG KPIs
You take responsibility for the most important KPIs (Sell-Out, Availability/CSL, Returns, Stock Levels, Traffic & Conversion, Inshop Share) and derive concrete measures to measurably improve sales, efficiency, and category performance.
What you should bring:
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- Professional experience in Key Account Management of relevant retail or e-commerce customers.
- Enthusiasm for data analysis and data-driven decision making.
- You are a team player and able to connect different departments and functions to effectively manage projects or solve problems.
- Assertiveness, persuasiveness, negotiation management, and resilience.
- Ideally, initial experience in Lean Office Management (Daily Management, Kaizen, Hoshin).
