Kore.Ai Developer/Consultant/Lead/Architect

Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals at multiple levels (Developer, Consultant, Lead, and Architect) to design, develop, and optimize chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform. Whether you's a hands-on coder, an integration specialist, a strategic consultant, or an AI architect, this role offers exciting opportunities to shape innovative conversational AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
•    Develop and deploy chatbots using Kore.ai.
•    Implement NLP models and machine learning techniques for improved chatbot interactions.
•    Integrate chatbots with third-party applications via APIs.
•    Act as a subject matter expert on Kore.ai chatbot implementations.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to define chatbot strategies.
•    Oversee chatbot development projects from inception to deployment.
•    Lead technical teams in chatbot design, customization, and integration.
•    Architect scalable bot frameworks for enterprise solutions.
•    Define end-to-end chatbot architecture within enterprise environments.
•    Establish governance models for chatbot scalability and optimization.
•    Research and integrate advanced AI automation, voice technologies, and multimodal interfaces.

Primary Skills

•    Strong expertise in Kore.ai chatbot development, customization, and integrations.
•    Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for bot programming.
•    Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases.
•    Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and sentiment analysis.
•    Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and chatbot privacy standards.
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows.
