This versatile "Low Current" General Services Technician role at Rexel involves ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the campus infrastructure. The technician will manage technical malfunctions, coordinate with various service providers (BMS, security, cleaning, etc.), and handle energy management via the building's BMS. Job Description

Versatile position requiring rigor and ease of communication:

  • Initiative and mobility to serve all employees in correcting technical malfunctions in the daily life of the campus.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of people present on site.
  • Opportunity to work with different departments and different hierarchical levels.
  • Respond to users' technical requests, find solutions to problems, manage complaints and claims.

You coordinate with the various service providers ensuring the smooth running of the building:

  • the multi-technical technician responsible for building maintenance;
  • security agents;
  • day cleaning teams;
  • various technical service providers intervening occasionally (BMS, surveillance cameras, access control, electric charging stations, water fountains, coffee machines, etc.).

MISSIONS:

  • Energy management via the building's BMS in compliance with required conditions
  • Centralization and processing of "heating/air conditioning" malfunctions by waiting or provisional arrangements in the absence of the multi-technical technician
  • Work on innovative products and services (BMS, cameras, access control)
  • Privileged contact, he or she ensures the continuous smooth functioning of the infrastructures with: the service provider in charge of BMS maintenance, the service provider in charge of surveillance camera maintenance and the service provider in charge of access control maintenance.
