Job Description & Summary

Joining the Workforce team means joining a human-sized collective with a strategic vision and proven field experience. We help our clients anticipate changes, manage change, and build resilient and innovative organizations capable of thriving sustainably in a complex and uncertain environment. We operate in all sectors, from banking to industry, including the public sector, retail, luxury, energy, and aeronautics.

Within the Workforce team, "HR Transformation" consultants are privileged partners of HRDs and HR transformation or HRIS managers. They support our clients in addressing their HR challenges of all kinds, from strategy to operational execution.

If you are driven by organizational transformation, convinced that success comes from alignment between strategy, culture, and structure, and wish to support companies in their major transitions, then join us!

What you can expect from us:

Our vision:

To become the privileged partner of general management and HRDs to support the transformation of their organization, from strategy definition to concrete implementation, regardless of the technological or sectoral context.

Our approach is based on four offerings:

  • HR Organization: transform the HR operating model to meet the company's dynamics while controlling costs.
  • HR Operational Excellence: optimize HR processes and services to support the evolution of professions and skills.
  • Digitalization of HR processes: digitalize the employee and manager experience and modernize HR tools.
  • Data & Artificial Intelligence: put data and AI at the service of HR analyses.

Your mission:

Many challenges such as the digitalization of HR processes, the central role of employee or agent data, or artificial intelligence are increasingly important concerns for our clients: you will intervene to support them in finding answers to these challenges.

You will evolve within a multidisciplinary and international team and work with them to meet the needs of our clients by proposing innovative solutions. You will thus have the opportunity to develop your skills and know-how on your assignments and enrich your professional convictions.

Some examples of assignments:

  • Support for digital transformation and modernization of HR processes: diagnosis and definition of the HRIS master plan, assistance with the deployment of a Core HR or HRIS module(s) (selection assistance, implementation, and change management).
  • Diagnosis, redesign, and support for the deployment of the HR operational model with a view to efficiency, cost control, or reduction: mutualization, nearshoring/offshoring, outsourcing...
  • Organizational and performance diagnosis that may lead to recommendations for process optimization or redefinition of employee and manager journeys.
  • Framing and definition of the HRD's strategic roadmap and development of the associated transformation business case.
  • Implementation of strategic workforce planning approaches.

You will also contribute to the development of the team within and outside the firm by helping with the following topics:

  • Animation and development of our internal and external communication.
  • Participation in strategic reflection work (Thought Leadership) to identify topics to position ourselves on.
  • Contribution to the development of the firm.
  • Participation in business development and responses to calls for tenders.
  • Contribution to calls for tenders by guaranteeing our internal offers and maintaining client relationships.

What we expect from you:

  • Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or a 3rd cycle university.
  • Significant experience (minimum 6 years) in consulting or organizational transformation project management.
  • Knowledge of the HR function: its challenges, processes, tools, and operating model.
  • Expertise in HRIS AMOA role: from selection assistance to implementation and induced change management methods.
  • Autonomy, commitment, and initiative.
  • Analytical, synthesis, and creativity skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Taste for innovation, technology, and organizational transformation.
  • Appetite for technologies and the HR function.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.

These benefits we offer you:
