Job Summary

Job Description

Responsible for global marketing of the Monster Hunter mobile game, including overall marketing strategy development, content marketing, and creative campaign planning and implementation. Analyze product features and gameplay to identify target users, analyze user needs, and highlight core selling points, then develop marketing plans based on the market environment and product stage. Set and plan performance goals for various events and marketing content, linking them to core business indicators, and be responsible for the product's content visibility, communication efficiency, and user conversion efficiency. Collaborate with product, community, and creative teams to design and implement communication plans, promote the integration of internal and external game resources, and ensure effective execution.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of overseas marketing experience in the mobile game industry.
  • Familiar with the gaming industry and passionate about it, with deep Monster Hunter experience.
  • Sharp market sense, creative, able to quickly grasp user preferences, and have a deep understanding of game content ecology.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to execute and implement, good at multi-threading and cross-team collaboration.
  • Able to use English as a working language.
Good to have:
  • Experience in publishing ARPG products for the full lifecycle is preferred.

岗位职责

  • 负责《怪物猎人》手游全球市场的营销工作,包括整体营销策略制定,内容营销工作,创意Campaign策划与落地;
  • 能够有效分析产品内核与玩法内核,筛选并明确目标用户、分析用户诉求、提炼核心卖点,并结合市场环境、产品阶段输出市场营销方案;
  • 为各类事件、营销内容制定和规划执行效果目标,与核心业务指标关联,对产品的内容声量、传播效率、用户转化效率负责;
  • 基于传播视角,与产品、社区、创意等团队配合,设计传播方案,推进游戏内外资源整合,落地执行。
     

岗位要求

  • 3年以上手游海外营销或市场行业工作经验, 有ARPG产品全周期发行经验者优先;
  • 对游戏行业熟悉且充满热情,有深度怪猎产品体验经历;
  • 市场触觉敏锐,喜欢创意,能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好,对游戏内容生态有较深理解 ;
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作;
  • 可用英文作为工作语言。
