  • Skilled at identifying, analyzing, and presenting data-driven stories.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from concept through execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this position, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to support the global marketing strategy—designing, testing, measuring, and refining initiatives and materials that drive engagement, acquisition, and growth.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality marketing and enablement collateral (event assets, presentations, one-pagers, digital content) that clearly communicate marketplace value to brands and sellers.
  • Collaborate with designers and subject matter experts to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Partner cross-functionally to build comprehensive program plans that enhance seller engagement and accelerate marketplace performance.
  • Track the effectiveness of enablement materials and programs, gathering feedback and analyzing metrics to make data-driven improvements.
  • Conceptualize and launch seller-focused content campaigns that showcase seller success and growth stories.
  • Work closely with external vendors to elevate creative output and test new mediums and channels.

Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of marketing experience in a direct sales, B2B, or B2C environment (experience in e-commerce, media, or ad sales a plus).
  • Skilled at identifying, analyzing, and presenting data-driven stories using first- and third-party insights.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
