Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for a fast-growing SaaS company in the healthcare space. This role involves content creation, demand generation, and pipeline growth, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include developing a content strategy, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, writing and editing content, conducting market research, optimizing performance, managing events, and running social media and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on, creative marketer with strong content development skills and a strategic mindset.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of content marketing or digital marketing experience.
  • Experience aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in healthcare segments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
  • Experience managing marketing events.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our fast-growing SaaS company in the healthcare space. This role will play a pivotal part in content creation, demand generation, and pipeline growth, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative marketer with strong content development skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a compelling content strategy that engages healthcare professionals and drives inbound leads.

  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, and paid channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Content Development: Write and edit high-quality blog posts, social media content, client communications, email campaigns, advertising copy, and sales enablement materials.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to inform content strategy, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing initiatives based on performance data.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze content performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies for higher engagement and conversions.

  • Event Marketing: Manage the execution of virtual and in-person marketing events, including webinars and industry conferences.

  • Social Media & Paid Advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising and paid promotion campaigns.

  • Visual Content Creation: Utilize Canva to design graphics and visuals that enhance marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience aligning marketing efforts with sales and revenue goals.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.

  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (HubSpot preferred).

  • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for performance.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare segments (hospitals, senior living, behavioral health).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Experience managing virtual and in-person marketing events.

  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion techniques.

  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
