Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to gather business requirements, translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions, and ensure seamless integration of HR processes. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting HRMS modules, conducting training, designing database objects, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to maintain accurate HR data flow and documentation.
Must Have:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align with Oracle EBS HRMS functionalities.
  • Configure and support modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME.
  • Design, create, and modify database objects such as views, tables, functions, APIs, and user hooks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and database-related issues; implement new validations when required.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth system operation and accurate HR data flow.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and enhancements.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Techno-Functional role).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS configuration and technical development (PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces).
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into efficient system processes.
  • Experience in database troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
