Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in HRMS modules and hands-on technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle EBS solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of HR processes within the system.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align with Oracle EBS HRMS functionalities.
- Configure and support modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
- Design, create, and modify database objects such as views, tables, functions, APIs, and user hooks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and database-related issues; implement new validations when required.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth system operation and accurate HR data flow.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Techno-Functional role).
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS configuration and technical development (PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into efficient system processes.
- Experience in database troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
