Job Summary

The Partner Marketing Manager at SoftwareOne and Crayon is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to drive joint business growth with strategic partners like AWS, SAP, and ServiceNow. This role involves building strong partner relationships, creating co-branded campaigns, managing marketing funds, and ensuring alignment between partner objectives and company goals. The manager will also track campaign performance and collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to support pipeline growth.

Must Have

  • Build and manage relationships with partners, acting as their primary marketing contact and aligning on joint priorities.
  • Plan and deliver co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, digital activities, content initiatives) while managing partner marketing funds and ROI.
  • Develop co-branded assets including case studies, social media content, and email templates, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign performance, providing regular reporting and optimising future activities based on data and partner feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to support partner-driven pipeline growth and localised execution.
  • Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.

Good to Have

  • Previous experience with cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, SAP, ServiceNow and Tier 2 vendors.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

This role focuses on building strong relationships with partners, creating co-branded campaigns, and ensuring alignment between partner objectives and company goals. The role includes working closely with cloud partners such as AWS, SAP, ServiceNow, and Tier 2 vendors.

What we need to see from you
