We are currently seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join our client’s team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting global partnerships and activations for major brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team. As a Partnerships Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Partnerships Managers to ensure seamless execution across multiple global partnerships. You’ll handle various operational tasks, assist with live events, and track deliverables to ensure success for the team and our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support Partnership Managers across multiple global partnerships and product lines
- Own, track, and deliver key assets in collaboration with Partnerships Managers
- Manage fulfillment and utilize data insights to track partner performance and asset value
- Design templates and create partner recaps for proof of performance
- Communicate effectively with internal teams across departments and functions
- Gather necessary information and manage contractual partner obligations (ticket requests, hospitality, event logistics, etc.)
- Assist with onsite event activations as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, sponsorships, marketing, or project management (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Prior experience in customer or client management
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays across multiple time zones when necessary
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required

Note: To qualify for benefits, you must work over 30 hours per week, and assignments must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
