Job Summary

BetterMe is a health & wellness platform aiming to make a healthy lifestyle accessible globally. This role focuses on expanding the Payments & Health domain's partner network. The Partnership Manager will lead communications with payment vendors, build strong long-term relationships, and accelerate the integration and development of new payment partners. This involves daily communication, operational negotiations, initiating contact with potential partners, and ensuring proactive communication to strengthen vendor relationships and remove bottlenecks.

Must Have

  • Lead daily communication with new and existing payment vendors.

  • Ensure structured, timely, and proactive communication.
  • Support the team by removing communication bottlenecks.
  • 2+ years in vendor management, partner relations, business development, customer success, account management, or similar communication-heavy roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment with many parallel workstreams.
  • Confident in representing the company’s interests.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.

Good to Have

  • Experience in the payments domain (PSPs, billing systems, fintech companies, subscription or transaction flows).
  • Understanding of payment industry processes (compliance, KYC/KYB, payout models, technical integration steps).
  • Experience communicating with global B2B partners.

Our Payments & Health domain is actively expanding its partner network, and we are looking for a specialist who will take ownership of vendor communications, build strong long-term relationships, and accelerate the integration and development of new payment partners.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Lead daily communication with new and existing payment vendors to achieve the outcomes defined by the Product Manager.
  • Conduct negotiations on the operational level, involving the Manager only at the stage of final decision-making or contract confirmation.
  • Initiate contact with new potential partners (even without existing introductions) and convert them into qualified meetings.
  • Maintain warm, consistent communication with long-term partners who might not be an immediate priority but remain strategically important.
  • Ensure structured, timely, and proactive communication that builds trust and strengthens vendor relationships.
  • Support the team by removing communication bottlenecks and enabling faster progress across all payment projects.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years in vendor management, partner relations, business development, customer success, account management, or similar communication-heavy roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills: you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and guide conversations toward results.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment with many parallel workstreams.
  • Confident in representing the company’s interests in discussions and standing your ground respectfully and diplomatically.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to detail — you easily manage multiple ongoing dialogs without losing context.

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Experience in the payments domain: PSPs, billing systems, fintech companies, subscription or transaction flows.
