Job Summary

Starbridge is seeking a Partnerships Lead to establish and expand its partner ecosystem, encompassing referral, implementation, and VC/PE partners. This 0→1 role involves end-to-end ownership from sourcing to long-term growth, with high visibility across GTM, Marketing, and Product. The goal is to transform partnerships into a scalable, high-impact growth driver for the company.

Must Have

  • Identify and source high-fit partners, including GTM agencies, consultants, and VC/PE firms.
  • Own and scale partner activation end-to-end: from discovery to diligence, negotiation, launch, and growth.
  • Build scalable systems for onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Create partner sales collateral: case studies, technical decks, and resources that help partners sell and implement confidently.
  • Develop co-marketing campaigns, partner spotlights, and launch playbooks that drive adoption and awareness.
  • Design and own future certification programs.
  • Establish incentive structures and tiering for high-performing partners.
  • Collect feedback and insights from partners to inform Product and GTM strategy.
  • Track pipeline, attribution, and ROI across partner types.
  • 2–6 years in partnerships or business development (preferably SaaS or GTM tech).
  • Experience launching or scaling a partner program from the ground up.
  • Strong relationship-builder with an instinct for aligning incentives and driving mutual success.
  • Excellent communicator with operational rigor, capable of negotiating, enabling, and analyzing.

  • Familiarity with public-sector or vertical SaaS markets.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to build and scale our partner ecosystem. You’ll define how Starbridge builds a community of referral, implementation, and VC/PE partners, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from sourcing and structuring to enablement and long-term growth.

This is a 0→1 role with executive visibility across GTM, Marketing, and Product. Your goal: turn partnership into a repeatable, high-impact growth motion.

What You’ll Do

Partner Sourcing & Activation (33%)

  • Identify & source high-fit partners, including GTM agencies, consultants, and VC/PE firms.
  • Own and scale partner activation end-to-end: from discovery → diligence → negotiation → launch → growth.

Partner Management (33%)

  • Build scalable systems for onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Create partner sales collateral: case studies, technical decks, and resources that help partners sell and implement confidently.

What You Bring

  • 2–6 years in partnerships or business development (preferably SaaS or GTM tech).
  • Experience launching or scaling a partner program from the ground up.
  • Strong relationship-builder with an instinct for aligning incentives and driving mutual success.
  • Excellent communicator with operational rigor. You can negotiate, enable, and analyze in equal measure.
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with public-sector or vertical SaaS markets.
