Job Description

Aptiv is seeking a Payroll Processor to manage weekly payroll processes, including calculations for settlements, ISR, IMSS, Fonacot payments, and electronic payments. The role involves preparing monthly policies, reconciling unclaimed salaries, analyzing reconciliation items, and processing PTU and Christmas bonuses. The ideal candidate will also handle retroactive salary changes and control invoices for monthly in-kind bonus payments, contributing to a safe and inclusive work environment.

Must Have:
  • Preparation of weekly payroll process
  • Calculations of weekly and special settlements
  • Review of ISR and IMSS calculations
  • Preparation of check loading and electronic payment
  • Preparation of Fonacot payment
  • Preparation of monthly policies
  • Preparation of unclaimed salary reconciliations
  • Analysis of reconciliation items
  • Preparation of PTU process
  • Preparation of Christmas bonus process
  • Calculations of retroactive payments for salary changes
  • Control of invoices for monthly in-kind bonus payments
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and social security
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel
  • Very good organizational skills
  • High analytical capacity
  • Customer service attitude
  • Being organized, methodical and careful at work
