Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for Taiwan. This pivotal role involves developing and executing HR strategies, ensuring consistency of HR programs, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives. The manager will act as a full-spectrum HR professional, bridging communication between local, regional, and global levels, and promoting a high-performance culture through talent management and employee engagement.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR role.
  • Deep understanding of HR trends, labor markets, and business environments in Taiwan and Asia.
  • Business-oriented and commercially-minded approach to HR programs and initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and business processes.
  • Experience in various HR areas, including Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Demonstrated partnership experience with sales and commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, initiative, influencing, teamwork, business partnering, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, cross-cultural, highly matrixed, and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong execution capability.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for Taiwan. This role is pivotal in developing and executing HR strategies, ensuring consistency of HR programs, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Acts as a full-spectrum HR professional, bridging communication between local, regional and global levels.
  • Partners with business unit leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business plan and strategic direction, including identifying, aligning, and optimizing HR programs, processes, and services to drive business success and support both incremental and transformational change.
  • Collaborates with relevant leadership teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the aligned business units and effectively execute the HR operating plan to help business teams achieve business and people objectives, promoting a high-performance culture. This includes talent acquisition, talent development, performance evaluation, and compensation communication.
  • Conducts one-on-one coaching with senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and address leadership gaps, and provides coaching, mentoring, and advice to employees at all levels to foster growth and development.
  • Promotes positive employee relations through sensing tools, direct employee engagement, and monitoring organizational health.
  • Designs and implements execution plans for promoting corporate culture, including organizing employee activities and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Coaches and develops the HR Business Partner team, sets prioritized goals and metrics, and measures the team's growth and performance.
  • Reviews and refines company policies.
  • Prepares regular HR reports for management review.
  • Manages ad-hoc HR projects, such as system development, policy reviews, and the creation of procedures and guidelines.
  • Leads the administrative team, manages office daily operations, and fulfills administrative functions.
  • Handles office management and administrative functions.
  • Performs other tasks as deemed necessary by the manager.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree and/or HR-related certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR role. Deep understanding of HR trends, labor markets, and business environments in Taiwan and Asia.
  • Business-oriented and commercially-minded approach to HR programs and initiatives; ability to quickly understand business priorities and translate them into HR implications.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and business processes, with the ability to generate solutions for a wide range of HR issues.
  • Experience in various HR areas, including Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation and Benefits etc.
  • Demonstrated partnership experience with sales and commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, initiative, influencing, teamwork, business partnering, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, cross-cultural, highly matrixed, and team-oriented environment; ability to build networks, develop alliances, and work through people.
  • Strong execution capability: ability to prioritize, devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration, and manage stakeholders to deliver on commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes.
  • Proven people and team management capability: ability to build a strong and cohesive team and inspire and develop the team to deliver world-class results.
  • Executive presence and influence: ability to articulate a clear and principled point of view to business leaders to establish personal credibility as a key member of senior business staff.
