Job Summary

The Payroll Specialist EMEA will manage timely and accurate payroll execution for multiple European countries, collaborating with internal and external partners. This role involves evaluating and improving internal processes, contributing to payroll projects, and ensuring effective communication with employees. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in complex payroll execution, knowledge of EMEA regulatory payroll requirements, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Must Have

  • Manage timely and accurate payroll execution for multiple European countries and entities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (outsourced payroll vendor, HR, Benefit and Stocks Team, authorities and auditors).
  • Evaluate internal work processes and service deliveries, make recommendations and support implementing changes for improved efficiencies.
  • Partner with various teams to improve and streamline processes.
  • Contribute to payroll relevant projects.
  • Ensure perfect communication with the business and employees and be accountable for delivering on ad hoc queries.
  • Adhere to Things we value and behaviors, and uphold high ethical standards.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in complex payroll execution, ideally in a shared service environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across multiple EMEA countries, including benefits and equity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Knowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across multiple EMEA countries, including benefits and equity
  • Team player, highly detail- and goal-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in virtual teams with flexibility and reliability
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace; fluent in English, additional languages a plus
