Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate for our Workforce Transformation team, focusing on People Advisory. This role involves designing and implementing workforce transformation projects, assessing organizational gaps, and advising on people-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will be familiar with HR digital tools, understand the employee life-cycle in complex environments, and take ownership of deliverables. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to unleashing people's potential within organizations.

Must Have

  • Design and support implementation of workforce transformation projects
  • Assess organizations’ gaps and advise on people-related initiatives and investments
  • Be familiar with HR digital tools and platforms
  • Understand large initiatives as part of the employee life-cycle in a complex environment
  • Lead self by taking ownership of deliverables within the workstream
  • Act with responsibility and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Communication skills in Greek and English
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • Ability to build relationships and work in diverse teams
  • Willingness to continue learning and develop consulting skills

Good to Have

  • MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus
  • Experience in specific HR engagements/projects

  • Design and support the implementation of workforce transformation projects, whilst collaborating with diverse stakeholders across an organization
  • Have the ability to assess organisations’ gaps and support in advising companies in their efforts to coordinate people-related initiatives and investments
  • Be familiar with HR digital tools and platforms
  • Have the ability to understand large initiatives as part of the employee life-cycle in a complex environment
  • Lead self by taking ownership of deliverables within the workstream and working closely with other PwC colleagues to drive high quality outputs to the required standards
  • Act with responsibility and accountability

What you bring matters

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or any related field. An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus would be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, where you can demonstrate that you have developed your business acumen and an in-depth knowledge on the above
  • Experience in specific HR engagements/ projects will be considered as a plus
  • Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams
  • Willingness to continue learning and develop your skills as a consultant
